I’m Carolyn.

You deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported as your true self.

As a Mixed Indigenous (Mvskoke) therapist, my approach is deeply rooted in affirming and culturally aware virtual therapy.

Therapy with me is relational, relaxed, and collaborative with a focus on building connection. I specialize in trauma, multicultural identity, and disability & neurodivergence, using a blend of expressive arts and talk therapy.

  • You might notice yourself feeling on high alert even when you’re safe. Maybe you feel disconnected from yourself and others. You find yourself confused after certain reactions, emotions, or memories come up out of nowhere. You might ask “why am I like this?”

  • If you feel like you’re “not enough” or “too much” of one or another you’re not alone. You’re allowed to be fully yourself with all of your identites.

  • Maybe you feel burnt out from masking pushing through each day and feel totally drained navigating through a world that doesn’t feel created for you.

  • Sometimes words aren’t enough to describe what’s truly going on in our lives. This is where movement, visual art, sound, and writing can make a difference.

Fill out a get it touch form to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. During this consultation we will discuss what kind of support you’re looking for and a little bit about my approach. If you feel I’m a good fit for your needs we can schedule an intial session .

Get to work

This is where the magic happens. Therapy will take place over time and this is where I’ll get to know you and your goals. This sometimes can be hard work when we talk about the deeper and meaningful things we can’t say anywhere else.

See change

This is where you’ll start to notice old patterns, gain insight into yourself, and find your authentic voice.
